Rising Sexual Perversion

I am very alarmed at the rising cases of rape and other sundry abuse especially of minors in Nigeria. This phenomenon is happening in virtually all parts of the country. Kids are no longer safe with family members and neighbours. Ladies can no longer walk the streets without fear. Parents should be very very alert these days as anybody can be the culprit; father, uncle, brother, neighbours, pastors etc. And when it happens please speak out. Authorities concerned should give stiffer penalties and also offer psychological help to traumatized kids. God help Nigeria
